I was in a difficult situation because my dryer stopped working and my father in law had passed away the previous day. Anticipating a number of family visitors to pay their respects, the last thing I needed was a dryer that would not turn on. The appliance man had been out to visit on Friday night and advised us that the problem was electrical, we needed an electrician.
I called Len’s company on a Saturday fully expecting to leave a voice mail message. I was just hoping that they would get the message and have someone out by Monday. Not only did they answer my call but they came out and had all the repairs done by noon that day. The dryer was up and running and I could scratch one more thing off my list of things to do.
The service was faster than expected and the charges were more than reasonable. Thanks Len! I’ll never call another company!

Len went the extra mile for me on a warranty issue. I had a service contract with another firm who had told me there was nothing they could do to help me.
While there was no direct incentive for him to do it, and without me asking, Len contacted the appropriate personnel with the manufacturer and followed through so that my failed units replacement was covered. In addition to his mechanical abilities and knowledge, Len is also well versed in the NEC and was helpful in getting my installation "up to code."??? March 23, 2009
